Offering my hands to Spirit and surrendering to my highest purpose. For me this image represents the power of letting go of ego, personal desire and distractions, to tune into a larger spiritual purpose. To offer oneself (ones hands) in service to the divine work we are each here to do, and to listen for guidance to help me live in service to the Whole. I’m finding that the more I surrender and open to that higher knowing of why I’m here, the more expansive, powerful and responsible I feel. I love embodying this image: tuning in to the wisdom-web of the earth below and feeling both the humble surrender of giving my arms to Spirit and the huge wings of empowerment!
May we all find clarity, courage and deeply healing love to support us in our journey. May we remember who we are, why we're here, and turn it into action! With courage and love, I surrender to my highest purpose.

My intention with this painting is to offer visual imagery we all can use to call in our divine, energetic support system of protection, guidance, healing and strength to support our lives.

…Imagine yourself at the center of this painting. You can take a moment to breathe deeply, close your eyes and go inward. Explore tapping into the energetic support within and around you that’s always available. There are many ways to do this of course, here are some inspirations from this image to visualize as you choose:
Sense a vertical column of light within, opening the root and crown energy centers and extending your awareness infinitely downwards and upwards.
Imagine a sphere of protection around you, like a semi-permeable energy field. Ask that any energies that do not belong to you or are not here for your highest good, leave the sphere and that only energies that belong to you and/or are here for your highest good, may enter.
Call in your team of support! Our guides come in many forms, loving ancestors, ascended beings, spirits of the land, plant and animal kingdoms. Invite them in to support you and feel their energetic presence feeding your soul.
May we know that we are never alone, always supported by a vast interconnected web of the seen and unseen.
May we know that we are powerful and can spiritually call in/create energetic fields of protection and strength around us at any time.
When the air and waters are still, when the darkness holds space around us, we can reflect on our life – like the moon gazing into a mirror of calm waters, seeing itself without judgment. Held safe in the hands of Mother Earth, wise protector spirits watch over us and plants in their crone age weave magic through vast root systems, offering us their medicine.
In this womb of loving support, we can lay down our defenses and tune in to those deep parts of our being.
This image can serve as an invitation to go inward. Guided by openhearted curiosity, what do we notice arising? Perhaps we are drawn to hold ourselves in gentle compassion and tend to the tender places that hurt. We can offer ourselves love...understanding...forgiveness... acceptance...allowing it all to sink in. Perhaps we focus on our dreams, our passions, the ones calling us to feed and nurture them, like precious seeds ready to grow. We can believe in them, their beauty and importance, and visualize their full potential.
May we make space and time to tend to our inner life. May we honor our healing, nourish our dreams, and trust in ourselves.
Aren’t trees magnificent? They are such peaceful and powerful beings. They teach us so much: patience, wisdom, dignity, strength…. Their grounding and uplifting presence is inspiring.
My hope is that this painting helps us see and respect trees as divine, conscious beings. I imagine they have a core energy center – like a big heart – glowing bright and strong at their base. I’ve started acknowledging them as I would a wise friend, saying hello, offering them loving energy and gratitude.
Standing tall in our dignity together, we exchange breath….
May we all honor and care for the tree beings.
May we be open to what they have to share with us.
We are RADIANT, divine beings, with powerful love that can emanate healing energy to the
world, beyond time and space.
We are UNITING, rooting down and listening to the Earth. Visioning, and co-creating a new
way of living and thriving together in joyful, humble, loving harmony.
We are RISING. Guided by our intuition, by Divine Source, holding the deep, internal trust in
what’s possible. We are moving towards a world of collective liberation.

expanding and opening, radiant with this loving energy. Take a deep breath and envision it growing
larger extending outward to the world, offering up your intentions, your prayers, and your visions
for a healthy, equitable and thriving world.
For me, this image is represents a powerful afro-indigenous, queer, fem, intuitively leading a
heart-centered, re-LOVE-ution. The people and ancestors uniting behind them. Radiant,
rooted and rising each step of the way towards the beautiful, healthy world we envision!
May we all know the energetic power of our love and that we can intentionally tap into it for personal and global healing and wisdom.

The intention of this image is to inspire us to tune-in to the infinite healing energy all around us, to collectively call on it to heal and transform the suffering in our world. We can “strike the pose” from the painting and allow divine light to flow through our bodies and fill our hearts.
When we’re ready, we can focus the energy and extend it towards the places we want to bring healing and transformation.

For me, this image represents the voice of truth that flows through us; the throat is open and expansive, while divine wisdom beams through. In particular, this image honors indigenous wisdom-carriers of this sacred earth, those who are sharing important truths about how to collectively and individually change our ways to live in right relationship with all beings. During a time of so much toxic misinformation, it’s critical that we listen closely to the truth speakers.
We all have important truths to express and it’s often made more challenging as many of us experience blockages in our throats. Traumas and conditionings of all kinds can make us feel shut down and silenced. This image reminds us that we all have the power to heal ourselves. I invite you to welcome divine, loving energy into your body, bring awareness to the throat…relax…breathe…love…expand. The fiery phoenix of transformation is also present. Pheonix destroys what’s no longer needed and assists in the birth of the new earth so that we may collectively awaken and thrive.

This image expresses our infinite connection to the universe.
It is inspired by the flow of energy called the torus, which can be used as a powerful meditation. We can start by tuning in to a brilliant orb of light in our center and then allow it to grow upwards as a beautiful blooming lotus in our heart. Next we can visualize the torus energy field moving through our core and circling around us in all directions.
This energy can be extended infinitely up and infinitely down. How amazing that we can consciously connect to this incredible power of the universe!
These majestic beings have a gentle, loving strength, a deep knowing and confidence in their movements, as well as playful joy! Together, with the sacred logarithmic spiral of the nautilus, the flowing, cleansing waters, and aligned spheres, this image holds many inspiring elements: ancient wisdom, harmonious flow, balance and connection to an expansive whole.
These qualities all live within us even though they may seem distant.

I created this image to guide me in how I want to live, striving for balance and rising up to co-create the world I envision. The grandmother is in the roots, connecting us to the wisdom of our ancestors. She is always there supporting us and holding a steady balance. The granddaughter is in the branches, rising up with powerful life energy. She is fearless, living her truth and offering her gifts to the world.
May we feel the wisdom and strength of this tree within us. May we each know who we are and trust that we are here for a reason.
