Cacao Priestess & Mentor

Crystal works with the spirit of cacao on a daily basis and has dedicated the last 4 years of her life to researching and studying the ancient future Mayan & Aztec connections to cacao while living in the Maya highlands of Chiapas, México, the birthplace and origin of the plant medicine and potent superfood. She loved cacao from this region so much, that she launched a Mexican ceremonial cacao brand called Ancient Roots Cacao.

In her research, she discovered how cacao was purposely negatively impacted and appropriated by the Spanish during colonization and the devastating effects this had on the indigenous peoples and their sacred lands. We can see the effects of this still today throughout Latin America. She began healing herself & her Hispanic bloodlines through ritual work with cacao and believes that anyone can too, regardless of their ethnic origins. Her mission as a rose priestess in this lifetime is to decolonize, weave and integrate the medicine of cacao into the lifestyles of our modern-day world.
