It is time to reclaim the power of dance to channel divine energy to amplify your and prayers for the world. 

This DEEP DIVE DANCE event has the potential to be life-changing. This combination of practices can help us energetically transform our lives on many levels.

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE OR PHYSICAL ABILITY NECESSARY! 

This offering is applicable for people with none - to - tons of experience in the realms of dance, energy work and meditation and for folks of any/all abilities (i.e. full-body movement is not required!)

Participants will be guided on ways to connect with the divine, Source energy through various practices including visualization, energy work, and free-form movement/dance. 

Think of this event as similar to an ecstatic dance journey with an hour of non-stop music, with the added components of guided practices to offer powerful tools and concepts to weave into your dance as you choose.

Over the years I have found that combining dance with these practices of energy work, visualization and intention can be so powerful! This combination can help you amplify your ability to heal, transform, expand and pray through dance. 

Who knows, you may even drop into a powerful trance-like state you have never experienced before!
